Again, Hard, Good or Easy? Grade the recall you actually had

After you reveal an Anki answer, grade what happened. Press Again if you failed to retrieve it. Use Hard for a correct but genuinely difficult recall, Good for normal successful recall, and Easy only when the answer was substantially easier than expected.
